At the heart of The Beaded Soirée is a brief, welcoming introduction to Ghanaian culture and the stories and significance of waist beads and Krobo glass beads.

Guests can explore a curated selection of waist beads and jewelry, discovering color, culture, and personal adornment in a way that speaks to their own style and story.

A Little Something for the Woman Bringing Everyone Together

As the hostess, you’ll receive a $50 Adorned by Abena store credit to choose something beautiful for yourself.

Because the woman creating the space deserves to be adorned, too.

The Details

$300 total guest purchase minimum

$150 reservation deposit, applied toward your gathering’s purchase minimum.

Remaining balance due 14 days before your Soirée.

Approximately 2–2.5 hours on site.

Soirée guests enjoy 15% off waist beads during the event and for two additional days.

The host coordinates guest contributions and provides guest names, email addresses, and prepaid shopping amounts with the final payment.

Gatherings outside select Greater Philadelphia areas may require a higher purchase minimum.

RESERVATION DETAILS

Your $150 non-refundable reservation deposit secures your date and counts toward the $300 purchase minimum. Prepaid contributions become individual shopping credits for you and your guests.
