The Beaded Soirée Hosting Agreement

This agreement is between Woodson Legacy Group LLC, doing business as Adorned by Abena, and the host submitting the booking.

Booking Details

Your event date, address, arrival time, and specified booking minimum will be listed in your booking details email.

1. The Experience

Adorned by Abena brings the jewelry and everything needed to set up a private waist-bead and jewelry shopping experience at your event.

2. Booking and Agreement Acceptance

Your date is held through 11:59 p.m. EST on the second calendar day after the payment link is sent. Agreement acceptance and the reservation payment are due by that deadline. After your reservation payment is received, you’ll receive a payment receipt. Once your specified booking minimum is paid in full, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and Guest Details Form.

3. Booking Minimum and Payment

Each Beaded Soirée has a specified booking minimum in total guest purchases. The nonrefundable reservation payment secures the date and counts toward that minimum. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event. If booked within 14 calendar days, the full booking minimum is due immediately. Longer-distance events are welcome with a higher booking minimum stated in the booking details.

4. Guest Shopping Credits and Privileges

After the full booking minimum is paid, the host submits each prepaid guest’s full name, email address, and shopping-credit amount by the deadline provided. The host must get permission before sharing a guest’s email for credit setup; guest emails will not be used for marketing without separate consent. The guest shopping-credit amounts must total the specified booking minimum and are final once credits are prepared. Guests who cannot attend may use their assigned shopping credit online at Adorned by Abena. Additional guests may shop and pay separately at the event.

The host receives a separate complimentary $50 shopping credit for the event. Guests receive 15% off waist beads during the event and through 11:59 p.m. EST on the second following calendar day. The discount applies to waist beads only and cannot be combined with strand-bundle discounts.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Reservation payments are nonrefundable. One complimentary reschedule may be requested within 90 days of the event date, subject to availability.

6. Event Timing

Please invite guests to arrive about one hour before The Beaded Soirée experience begins. The on-site experience lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours and will not be extended for late arrivals.

7. Space and Setup

Please provide a clean, smoke-free, safe space that is comfortable, pleasant, and well lit, with room for the display and guest movement.

8. Fitting Area

A private or semi-private area for waist-bead fittings is preferred but not required.

9. Food, Drinks, Children, and Pets

Keep food, drinks, and pets away from the display and merchandise. Children are permitted while receiving a service and must be supervised at all times.

10. Smoke, Safety, and Conduct

The event must remain smoke-free, safe, and respectful. Cigarette, marijuana, and other smoke are not permitted. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may cause Adorned by Abena to stop or leave the event. If that happens, reservation payments remain nonrefundable, prepaid shopping credits remain available online to their assigned guests, and the host’s $50 credit is forfeited.

11. Arrival, Access, and Parking

Before the event, please provide accurate information about parking, entry, elevators, stairs, security, and restroom access. Please confirm that outside vendors are permitted when applicable. Public parking fees will be added to the booking reservation.

12. Service Area and Longer Travel

The standard service area is about one hour of driving each way from Philadelphia. Longer-distance events are welcome with a higher booking minimum stated in the booking details.

13. Agreement Acknowledgment

By accepting this agreement and submitting the reservation payment, you agree to these terms.
